In response to growing market demand, Lippo Karawaci started developing strata-titled malls from 2002 to 2006, recognizing that entrepreneurs in Indonesia were moving away from traditional retail outlets. Then, observing the over supply of strata-titled malls that had previously been in demand, the Company made the move to community malls and shifted to a model which now involves building, leasing, and then monetizing the retail assets.

PT. Lippo Malls Indonesia ‘s retail comprises strata-titled malls and leased malls strategically located in major cities of Indonesia. The retail malls provide one-stop shopping, entertainment, dining and leisure destinations, with anchor tenants such as leading domestic retailers Matahari Department Store, Hypermart, Timezone, Times Bookstore and Cinema XXI.

Tenant Relation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

As representative of the Mall, Tenant Relations coordinate the relation between tenants and management. Create daily report and collect the traffic report (preferably in communication/public relation)

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• At least 3 year experience at the same position
• Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduate will be an advantage)
• Proficient in oral and written English & computer literate
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace

Advertising & Promotion Officer

Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in communication/public relation
• Excellent work attitude, honest, discipline, creative, and detail oriented
• Have experience 2 years as advertising & promotion officer in the property company/shopping malls
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and computer especially MS Office

Advertising & Promotion Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor degree from Public Relation/Marketing Management/Communication
• Minimal 3 years successful experience in Event Organizer, exhibition in Mall/Office
• Preferable has experience in shopping center / property
• Knowledge of design concept for promotional media and variety type of promotional materials.
• Wider relationship with event organizer and media.
• Good personality, leadership skill, creative thinking, service mind character and accurate
• English oral and written
• Ability to understand and work fast
• Ability to create and develop new ideas
• Able to work as a team

Engineering Specialist - Plumbing dan Civil

Requirements:

• Pria
• Pendidikan akhir min. D3 Politeknik
• Pengalaman di bidang preventive maintenance dan repair plumbing
• Memiliki pengalaman min 3 tahun

Engineering Specialist - Electrical

Requirements:

Engineering Specialist - Mechanical

Requirements:

• Diutamakan pengalaman di bidang generator, PKG, dan sejenisnya
• Memiliki skill dan attitude yang baik

Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 28 years old
• At least Bachelor Degree of Law (especially Civil Law)
• Minimal 1 years of experience as Legal Officer
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Able to make agreement letter in English
• Able to operating computer especially Microsoft Office

Building Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the business, leading and developing staff in relevant departments (including: engineering, security, housekeeping & parking), check the validity of the monthly report from the contractor, check out the monthly report, manage costs and operational budgets effectively and efficiently and ensure that operational practices in mall went well and smoothly

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years experiences in high rise building project
• Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduate will be an advantage)
• Proficient in oral and written English & computer literate
• Exhibit willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and able to work in a team
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace
