Accounting Supervisor

Bali - Nusa Dua

Responsibilities:

• Our Finance & Accounting Department is seeking an energetic and experienced professional to join their team. The successful person will be a proven team player, passionate about business and have sound experience in Accountancy.
• Reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to supervise and review all journal postings from the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable officers. The incumbent will ensure that all entries coded to the correct accounts, monitor and review all accounting entries to ensure accuracy and completeness as well as identify and record relevant withholding tax articles for deduction of payables. A meticulous and detail oriented person, the incumbent will also ensure accuracy of the account receivables, accruals, prepayments and adjustments to resolve accounting discrepancies, assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including but not limited to, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and others as required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a Reputable University
• Three to Five years of GL accounting experience
• Understanding local taxation law, preferably BREVET A & B certification
• Experience with managing account receivables systems an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and computerized accounting systems (preferably Sun Systems)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are also essential
