Requirements
- Male, 30-50 years of age
– Hospitality Academy graduates
– At least 4 years of working experience in kitchen operation in restaurant as Chef
– Ability and experience to create Asian menu
– Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
– Computer literate, familiar with Ms. Office and POS
– Ability to manage material sourcing and cost control
– Possess strong leadership with quality of developing people
– Has good communication and analytical skill
– Dynamic, well organized and able to work with team
